Shiro Abhyanga: the head massage
Shiro Abhyanga is a massage of the head, neck and shoulders with warm herbal oil. It is one of the most relaxing Ayurvedic therapies. Many guests fall asleep. Gentle scalp massage helps circulation, oil coats the hair shaft to reduce dryness and breakage, and the slow rhythm calms the mind.
New: herbal Shirodhara hair spa. Instead of oil, a fresh decoction of aloe vera, hibiscus leaves and herbs is poured gently over the forehead and scalp. Ask us about it when you book.
