Is your "anti-hair fall" shampoo really stopping hair fall?

Shampoo can cleanse your scalp. But hair fall is usually about much more than what you wash your hair with.

When someone comes to me with hair fall, I look at:

  • Nutrition: are you eating enough protein, iron and good fats?
  • Digestion: what you eat only helps if your body can absorb it
  • Sleep: hair, like skin, repairs while you rest
  • Deficiencies: sometimes a blood test tells us more than any product
  • Stress
  • Scalp health: dandruff, dryness or oiliness

Remember too that your hair today is the result of what you did about three months ago. Hair grows in phases, so any change, good or bad, shows up slowly. That's why quick fixes rarely work, and why consistency matters more than any single treatment.

Don't chase the label. Find the cause. Hair care starts with understanding why you're losing hair, not with another bottle of "anti-hair fall" shampoo.

Worried about hair fall? Book a consultation. We'll look at your scalp and routine and suggest a plan, which may include an Ayurvedic hair spa.
