Foot care
Feet carry us through life. They deserve some care.
In Ayurveda, Padabhyanga, the foot massage, is called the mother of all therapies. The Ayurvedic texts describe the body as an inverted tree with its roots at the head and its branches as the limbs. Caring for the feet nourishes the whole tree. It is also one of our guests' favourite treatments.

Padabhyanga
A slow foot and lower-leg massage with warm herbal oil or ghee, using soft circular strokes. It relaxes tired feet, eases heaviness after a long day of standing or sitting, and helps you sleep.
Pedifacial
A facial for your feet: cleansing, a natural scrub, a nourishing pack and massage. It softens rough skin and cracked heels and leaves your feet light and cared for.
Kansa thali
Kansa is bronze, an alloy of copper and tin long valued in Ayurveda for cooling and balancing Pitta. Your feet are massaged on a bronze plate with oil or ghee. It is very soothing and usually added to a foot massage or Pedifacial.
We also teach self foot massage workshops, so you can make Padabhyanga part of your own routine. About workshops
